Join Friends of the Plains Mounds for a presentation from Tom O’Grady on the Astronomical Alignments of the Native American Earthworks. Tom O’Grady is the Director of Development and Outreach Director Emeritus at the Southeast Ohio History Center. He has also taught a course on Observational Astronomy at Ohio University for thirty years. Through his efforts, Tom has worked towards preserving local history and promoting sustainability in Athens County.
