Join Michelle Greenfield Yoga and Kojun of Sacred Waves Sound Healing for a gentle and relaxing yoga class to take a breather, soothe your soul and cool off as summer heats up. The healing and restorative vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes will accompany this all levels yoga class. Summer can be a busy time and we often forget to take a break to reconnect with stillness. This class guides you into a peaceful and relaxed state, so that you can remain grounded and centered throughout the season. Preregistration is required, as the space is limited and we often have a waitlist. $25.
