Tom Massey and Chase Spirits transform Battersea's The Waterfront pub garden

This summer Chase Spirits has partnered with Chelsea Flower Show gold medalist and award winning landscape gardener; Tom Massey to re-invent the great British pub garden at Battersea's The Waterfront Pub. The Waterfront Pub Battersea has undergone a dramatic transformation with the introduction of plants flowers and shrubbery into an otherwise urban space; with Chase cushions and blankets for the colder evenings and planters and barrels holding herbs greenery and ingredients for the x5 Chase cocktails that will be showcased on the pub's menu this summer and beyond. The project is part of an ongoing commitment from Chase Spirits to bring people closer together and being inspired by the wild and comes as consumer research from the brand highlights how the British pub garden is treasured by more than half of Brits (57%) and 51% believe the experience cannot be replicated anywhere else.
The bespoke cocktails include:
Chase G&T (Classic elegance of an eccentric Chase Gin paired with an Original Fever Tree Tonic
Pink Grapefruit G&T (Perfectly balanced classic Pink Grapefruit Chase Gin distilled with Grapefruit peels and an Original Fever Tree)
Brunch in Bloom (Chase Vodka blended with spiced tomato juice lemon English mustard and hot sauce finishes with a touch of black pepper)
Massey Mule (Chase Marmalade Vodka with lime juice Ginger Beer and Bitters)
Waterfront Fizz (Pink Grapefruit twist on the classic G&T zippy zesty gin mixed with Prosecco and soda)
