‘ Tom Burge farm’s in the stunning hills of Exmoor’s Doone Valley, surrounded by nature’s beauty. His farming practices work in harmony with the environment, focusing on regenerating soil and supporting wildlife. Unlike traditional farmed lamb, Tom lets his wethers mature naturally on the heather and wild flora of the valley. This slow, sustainable approach produces exquisite Exmoor Mutton, rich in flavor and deeply rooted in the landscape’.
