Compere David Arnold is an award winning comedian and a real find, blending together both mainstream and alternative styles of comedy in an original and very memorable way. Since bursting onto the comedy scene in 2012 he has shared the stage with comedy royalty and performed for sell-out crowds in the UK and internationally on board some of the World’s biggest cruise ships.
Opening act Jon Wagstaffe, Tewkesbury’s one and only stand-up sensation, renowned for not only tickling funny bones but also for being devilishly good-looking with a mane of beautiful hair that would make even Rapunzel envious. With a unique take on modern life, Jon has a knack for transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary, leaving audiences in fits of laughter at every performance. His on-stage presence is not just about the punchlines; it’s a visual spectacle that adds an extra layer of entertainment to the show. So, prepare to be captivated by his humour, mesmerized by his good looks, and possibly a tad jealous of that beautiful hair.
Our middle act Cristina is fairly new to the comedy circuit. She is a Plymouth-based comedian who’s currently training to become a Janner, while trying to win at life. From Poland she is loveable and funny! She is also a Finalist of Stand Up For Cider 2024!!
Headliner Matt Price has proven himself to be consistently funny in comedy venues of all shapes and sizes, all over the world from Penzance to Cambodia to a piece of ply wood on top of a former gangland criminal’s hot tub. Matt interacts with an audience in a way that makes everyone in the room feel good, he tells jokes and he spins a great yarn. Matt has headlined comedy clubs in South East Asia, Scandinavia, Turkey, Russia, and the Middle East… and now Minehead! Will this hoour top his experience of perforning at fifteen Edinburgh Festivals?
