This experiential healing circle is designed to introduce participants to practical Toltec teachings that can be used to create greater awareness, healing, and personal transformation in everyday life.
During this month’s circle, Jessica will introduce the Toltec practice of Recapitulation—a powerful healing tool used to review and release unresolved experiences, emotional patterns, limiting beliefs, and energetic attachments that may still be influencing your life today.
In simple terms, recapitulation is a process of looking back at important experiences with awareness so you can reclaim your energy, gain insight, release what no longer serves you, and create space for healing and growth. Many practitioners also utilize recapitulation as a tool for recovering lost aspects of themselves, strengthening personal power, and moving forward with greater clarity and freedom.
During this evening you will experience:
✨ An introduction to the Toltec practice of Recapitulation
✨ A teaching on how limiting patterns and energetic imprints can impact our lives
✨ Guided reflection and healing exercises
✨ Opening and working with the Toltec/Mayan Medicine Wheel
✨ A Dreaming Ceremony inspired by Toltec traditions
✨ Shamanic drumming and sound to support journeying, healing, and inner exploration
✨ Group healing, connection, and spiritual community
No previous experience is necessary. Whether you are new to shamanic work or have been walking a spiritual path for years, this circle offers a welcoming space for learning, healing, and personal growth.

For those interested in exploring shamanic studies more deeply, this class is also a wonderful introduction to the principles and practices that are taught within the upcoming Practical Intuitive Shamanic Training Program with Daniel Stone and Jessica Kozak Shaw.
