This isn’t a wellness class — it’s a living concert. An immersive Toltec-inspired experience where breath, voice, and the soaring acoustics of St Augustine’s Arts & Events Centre become one.
Guided by Feodor Kouznetsov — author, Toltec breathing guide, and creator of the Formula.life method — you’ll be led through a unique sound and breath journey. Using ancient vocal tones and precise rhythm, the hall itself becomes part of the instrument, amplifying every voice into a shared vibration.

Feodor is an author, breathwork guide, and student of world-renowned Toltec teachers Sergio Magaña and Alexey Ksendzyk. Since 2016 he has devoted over 3,000 hours to daily practice and guided hundreds through transformative breathing journeys.
