Introducing Toi and Talk at Te Whare o Hinerauāmoa, an evening for artists to come together, connect with one another, listen to a guest speaker, and spend time working on their current toi projects.
Our next speaker is Maureen (Maurz) Taane (Ngaati Maniapoto).

She is a wahine Māori business leader, entrepreneur and advocate with more than three decades of experience in retail, business and community leadership.
As the owner of local business HAPA, she brings insights into building a successful, purpose-led small business while honouring Te Ao Māori, community and whānau. Maureen has served on a number of boards, including the Central City Business Association, and continues to contribute her expertise across business and music industries and hauora spaces. A happy storyteller and connector, Maurz speaks with warmth, authenticity and practical experience, inspiring others to back themselves and create meaningful impact.
