Slow down and reconnect with your child in this peaceful, guided nature walk. Designed for parents and carers, the session explores mindfulness in motion—fostering calm, connection, and presence as you walk along the scenic paths of Buckley Falls.
These sessions are best suited for children aged 8 and up, though younger children are welcome. Each booking includes one adult and one child, and your active participation is expected throughout. As we are not responsible for supervising children, a 1:1 adult-to-child ratio ensures everyone’s safety and enjoyment.

Please wear comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing and bring a water bottle.
