· This presentation guides participants through an interactive look at what has changed over the past few years, what has remained the same, and what lies ahead.

· Explore how the shared role local businesses, service providers, and community partners play in shaping Turlock as a welcoming and competitive destination.

· Identify practical ways to elevate the visitor and customer experience through service, consistency, and collaboration across businesses and districts.

This workshop is tailored toward downtown Turlock businesses, but all businesses who are interested in owning a downtown businesss/do own a downtown business are welcome to attend!
