Ever crushed it at one job and felt completely stuck at the next? Same skills, same you, but a totally different result. Or wondered why a teammate thrives with lots of independence while someone else does their best work with more collaboration and feedback?
There may be a reason.
In this interactive workshop, you'll take a 10-minute Garden Theory quiz to discover your "plant type," then explore what it reveals about the conditions that help you do your best work. Together, we'll look at six elements of a healthy workplace and how our needs can differ even when we're on the same team.
Career strategist and Garden Theory creator Dilara Casey will guide the conversation. She'll help you put language around what you need to thrive — and better recognize what the people around you might need, too.
No prep, no pressure. Just an hour of self-discovery, conversation, and a new way to think about why we flourish in some environments and struggle in others.
The workshop ends at 6:30. If you can stay, we'll head up to the rooftop — that part is optional, it's a cash bar, and you're welcome to come up whether or not you're drinking.
