Excited to be offering this Toddler + Me Yoga series with Flow of Life starting in February!A nurturing space for toddlers (ages 1.5–3) and their caregivers to connect, move, breathe, and create together. Each week includes songs, stories, playful yoga, and mindful moments to support co-regulation, curiosity, and connection in early parenthood.
