Sunstates Security is hosting a Hiring Event for Security Officers, Receptionist and Site Supervisors on Wednesday, February 18th, from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
Meet with Hiring Managers for Full-Time and Part-Time positions on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts in the Asheville, NC area.
Various days and shifts are available with a pay rate of $18-20.00/hr, with weekly pay.

This is a walk-in event. Come prepared to interview with our hiring managers.
Requirements:
-Conduct regular patrols of the property on foot and via golf cart.
-Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
-Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
-Communicate clearly and professionally via radio, phone, and in-person.
-Maintain detailed and accurate incident reports and daily activity logs using computer systems.
-Collaborate effectively with team members, building management, and law enforcement when necessary.
-Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
-Enforce building policies and procedures consistently and respectfully.
-Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering the premises.
-Assist with evacuation procedures and emergency response protocols.
-Minimum 1 year of experience in physical security or a related field.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., email, incident reporting software).
-Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
-Must be able to work all shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
