Toast + Flow: Yoga and Mocktails

Enjoy a 60-minute all-levels yoga flow with local instructor Alexis Rainey, focused on staying grounded and cultivating strength to take on a new year! Yoga will be followed by a time to toast with handcrafted non-alcoholic cocktails from mixology expert Savannah Rainey. Whether you're embracing Dry January, trying out a New Year's Resolution, focusing on wellness, or just looking for a mindful and intentional start to the year, this event is the perfect way to ease into 2025!

Yoga begins at 10:30am - If you have not visited us at The Supermarket before please allocate enough time before the event begins to find parking + the venue.

‍‍‍1) The Supermarket’s main entrance is located at 638 N Highland Ave NE. Our door is in between Big Softie and Collette Bakeshop leading you down a hallway and a staircase.

2) Need less stairs? Have a stroller or use a walking aid? Use our secondary entrance in the middle of Otto’s parking lot. The decorative black metal door leads you through a courtyard. (Note: this door is currently open until 7pm then becomes an exit only.)

3) Need a fully accessible entrance without any stairs? We have a back entrance in a public alleyway behind the building. You can enter the alley off of North Ave NE or from Otto’s parking lot. Our entrance is the white door at the corner of the building.Note: While we don’t have dedicated parking there are plenty of options in the area. See our map for more info!
