• 7:00–7:30 PM – Meet-up & pre-class smoke sesh
• 7:30–8:15 PM – Beginner-friendly Pilates Mat Class
• 8:15–9:00 PM – Hang out, snacks, refreshments, goodie bags

About the Instructor
Lynda Lippin, an award-winning Master Pilates Teacher with 36 years of experience, has been using cannabis for pain and anxiety management for over 46 years. She’s excited to bring both worlds together in Puff Puff Pilates.
