About this Event
So what is this Sunday Morning Flow class?
Class Description
This class will begin with slow, deep stretches to warm up the body. As we move, through the hour, we’ll shift into a progressive flow designed to challenge our bodies a bit more while maintaining a mindful focus. The result is an awakening, empowering and an uplifting Sunday morning practice that provides the perfect culmination to your weekend and a grounded start to the week ahead.
Please note we will be hosting this class at Tamar Park, a 5-minute walk from the Admiralty Station, exit A. We will begin at 10am so we advise you to arrive 5 - 10 minutes before class starts. The class will be an hour long. Further instructions to exact location to be provided through email closer to the time of event.

'Pay it forward' ticketing
We aim to make fitness for mental health accessible in Hong Kong, from practice level to a financial standpoint. This special outdoor class is a donation-based class, so just sign up for a spot and feel free to give a donation on eventbrite or in person through FPS or cash.
Your donations will go towards continuing our peer support groups and move partner classes, and will support others who may be facing financial hardship with in our groups. For reference, $120 (Tier 1) donation will allow us to provide someone with one month of free peer support, whilst $250 (Tier 2) will allow us to offer someone support beyond their first month of peer support.
Any cancellations made by purchasers through Eventbrite (or email to [email protected]) within 48 hours of scheduled class will not be refunded.
We want everyone to have access to the support they need, regardless of their identity or circumstance.
So who are we?
The New Normal Charity
The New Normal Charity is a Hong Kong registered S88 charity 91/19147. We offer free peer support groups for mental health. We aim to help and support one another through life's difficult moments. We want everyone to have access to the support they need, regardless of their identity or circumstance. We empower people with lived mental health experiences.
We support people living in Hong Kong struggling to access the mental health support they need. Because no one should have to face mental pain alone.
Will Tan
Over the years, Will has practised with many teachers and taught numerous classes since 2011. He remains true to the traditional practice of yoga – bringing harmony to the body and mind through the breath. As a teacher, he believes that while physical practice is important, we shouldn’t let the asanas distract us from finding peace and acceptance from within. Will teaches with light-heartedness and genuine love for sharing from his many years of practice.
