Welcome to the TMED EDIAA Symposium! Join us for a day filled with engaging discussions and insightful presentations. This in-person event will be held at the Biosciences Complex Room 2109. This year, our goal is to create an engaging and interactive space where students and staff can collaboratively discuss and reflect on EDIAA within the TMED program. We plan to invite variety of allied healthcare professionals (nurses, physicians, and occupational therapists) who will talk about their research in relation to EDIAA.

The first part of the conference will be a workshop session designed to introduce students and staff to the concept of EDIAA and its connection to the research field. This workshop aims to establish a foundational understanding of EDIAA while facilitating an open discussion where participants can openly share their experiences, perspectives, and ideas related to the topic. Following the workshop, we will invite 4 guest speakers who will discuss their research projects in relation to advocating EDIAA.
