With winter approaching, take an hour to create space for yourself with a warm, gentle restorative yoga session set to Taylor's most soothing tracks, all in the soft glow of candle light.
During the 55-minute restorative yoga session, you'll be guided through a series of restorative poses that are accessible to all levels and experiences of yoga, with use of bolsters, blocks and of course blankets. We stay warm and cosy and keep the body moving gently. As you move through and hold each pose, Taylor Swift's voice will create a relaxing atmosphere, maximising your sense of calmness. You will leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and connected. Did we mention a new friendship bracelet for the occasion?
