Event Details:• Participants can expect a 60-minute session in a cozy studio space designed to strengthen the parent-child bond. A typical class includes playful poses, yoga stories, movement with music, and partner games to bring awareness to body and breath. While this class is a best fit for ages 2 and up, younger siblings are also welcome at no charge. Each sibling over age 2 will require a separate registration.
• Winter/Spring class dates are: Feb 2&16, March 2&16, April 13&17, May 4&18.
• Winter policy: if Jefferson County Schools have a 2 hour delay or cancel school, class will be canceled and refunded.
• While the bonding opportunities are priceless, the cost is $20/class with preregistration on yoga-in-color.com or drop-in for $25 (plus sales tax).
