Join the Tiny Doors ATL Lantern Parade Crew! ✨
Come light up the night with Tiny Doors ATL!
We’re putting together a Tiny Doors ATL crew for the Atlanta BeltLine Lantern Parade, marching together directly behind the Atlanta Freedom Band. Come be part of one of Atlanta’s most magical nights!
Pro tip: come early! As parade creator Chantelle Rytter says, “Line-up is a special time. When the sun goes down and the lanterns light up, it’s just beautiful.”
The important stuff:
🏮 You need a tiny lantern to march with us!
Good news: we have one for you! Each ticket includes one tiny lantern, handmade by Tiny Doors ATL. These little lanterns are unique collector’s items, and they’re yours to keep after the parade!
You MUST sign up for a ticket for each participant. Even kids need their own ticket and their own tiny lantern!
Already have a Tiny Doors ATL lantern from a parade past? Loophole! You don’t need a ticket. Bring that lantern and let’s party! We’ll even have extra batteries on hand in case yours needs a recharge.
✨ Who can march with us?
Every human! All ages are welcome to join our crew. Please leave the pups at home this time.
Keep in mind that the parade is a bit of a walk. Strollers, wheelchairs, and other mobility aids are absolutely welcome—please bring whatever you need to comfortably enjoy the parade.
🎺 Find us behind the Atlanta Freedom Band!
We’ll be lined up directly behind the Atlanta Freedom Band.
Line-up is at 7:15 PM, and the parade steps off at 8:00 PM sharp!
IMPORTANT: If you are not lined up with us by 7:30 PM, we will pass your lantern along to someone else who would like to join the crew. We want every tiny lantern glowing in the parade!

Give the Atlanta Freedom Band plenty of room, keep their pace, and stay together.
General parade rules:
Children should stay next to their adults at all times. If you bring a bicycle, please walk it during the parade. And again, please leave pups at home.
And don’t disappear when we reach the end! Stick around to visit the giant puppets and hear the bands jam together after the parade.

🚇 MARTA makes this one easy!
The new parade start is just a block from West End MARTA. After the parade, shuttles will run from the finish back to MARTA until 11 PM!
