The Breathwork we practice is a type of conscious, circular breathing style, which originates in Hawaii.
In this style of breathwork, you are always in full control of your own breath, and can take it as deep as you desire.
Breathing together like this under a longer period of time, releases blockages, lessen stress and anxiety and bring you to a state of bliss, joy and stillness.
