Join us for a morning of wellness, exercise and meaningful connection. Here at City Cave Southport we understand the challenge of prioritising work, family and wellness and would love to provide an opportunity to tick all boxes!
This is our first monthly wellness walk starting at City Cave Southport. All humans and dogs are welcome for a casual stroll ending with a warm drink and chance to connect back at the centre. No awkward small talk, just an easy-going vibe and genuine conversations.
