Just a quiet sense that something needs your attention. Time to Reset is a half-day workshop for women who are ready to slow down, listen inward, and gain clarity in a supportive, welcoming space. This is intentional time to step away from daily responsibilities and gently explore what’s feeling off, why it makes sense, and what might help you move forward without pressure or self-blame. You’ll leave with clearer perspective, practical next steps, and the reassurance that you don’t have to carry everything on your own.

In this half-day workshop, you’ll experience:

Lunch, snacks, and soft drinks are included, with time afterward to stay, talk, or enjoy the quiet if you wish.
