Tight hips? Sore lower back? Feeling stiff and restricted?A lot of people deal with tight hips - whether it’s from work, training, or just day-to-day life.
I’m running a 4-week course every Thursday in May focused on helping you move better, feel looser, and reduce discomfort.
No experience necessary - suitable for all levels.
When your hips are tight or not moving well, it can show up as:
• Lower back pain
• Hip stiffness or discomfort
• Tight hamstrings or glutes
• Poor posture
• That general feeling of being “stuck” or restricted
What we’ll do:
Each session uses simple, effective movements to:
• Improve hip mobility
• Build strength and control
• Reduce tension and stiffness
• Help your body move more freely
Whether you’re on your feet all day, training regularly, or just feeling tight and uncomfortable - this will help.
This isn’t about pushing to extremes, it’s about giving your body what it needs to feel and move better.
