You step into a softly lit studio, the walls bathed in hues of deep indigo and aquamarine, casting gentle waves of light across the room-mimicking the sea.
The scent of salt air & eucalyptus drifting through the space, mingled with hints of neroli and sandalwood-carefully blended into a diffuser, incense, and essential oils to evoke the Tranquility of the ocean breeze.
Mid-air, a silky cocoon of azure and seafoam green aerial Silks hang, swaying lightly, reminiscent of sea kelp moving with the current. You will be gently guided to nestle into the hammock-like silk, your body weight supported and cradled, as if floating effortlessly just beneath the surface of calm water.
As you settle in, Allison will guide you through a calming breath work practice. The cues are soft, like whispers through shells. With each inhale, you draw in the scent of ocean rain and grounding earth; with each exhale, you release tension like waves receding from the shore.
A low soundscape begins to play rhythmic pulses of the tide.
The Aerial silk gently rocks you, like the motion of floating in warm sea water. You're suspended in air, yet feel tethered to something strong yet fluid.
Guided visualization deepens the immersion. You're invited to imagine yourself drifting weightlessly above a coral reef, the silks wrapping you like sea foam. With every breath, you're drawn deeper into a meditative state. Tension dissolves. Time slows. You become one with the ocean's rhythm-buoyant, present, at peace.
As the meditation winds down, you’re slowly brought back to awareness. A final mist of essential oils is offered through the room. You emerge from the silk grounded, restored, and gently awakened as though you’ve returned from a sacred swim through inner waters.
After this session there will be a Watermelon, Mint Water Elixir available for you to partake in and everyone will receive their own seashell to keep with them during their session.
