Tide and Place: Artists in Conversation
About this Event
How can creative practice shape our relationship with the environment? Hear from six contemporary artists and educators, connect with local creatives and explore the 'Tide and Place' exhibition at WRAP. With:
Andy Ash · Lucinda Button · Laura Callaghan · Nina Garstang · Ainoa Burgos Gonzalez · Simon Roberts
Curated and supported in collaboration with WRAP and Sussex Bay, ‘Tide and Place’ explores how we interact with, inhabit, narrate and understand the marine environment, both individually and collectively, in Sussex and beyond. At a time of ecological crisis, it asks how we might reconnect with the sea not as something separate from us, but as something we are part of.
Refreshments provided.
🎟️ Tickets: each ticket includes a donation to Sussex Bay.
We want to keep the event as accessible as possible. If cost is a barrier, please get in touch at [email protected]
