The Thurston Forward DEI Summit 2026 is a two-day community experience on May 1 & 2 dedicated to strengthening equity, belonging, and collaboration across Thurston County. The Summit opens Friday evening with a Connection & Networking Experience designed to spark relationships, build trust, and ground participants in shared purpose.
