Hi all
I have picked a walk which I haven't taken most of you guys in the group to before.
Thursley National Nature Reserve is 325 hectares is one of the largest remaining fragments of heathland in Surrey. I have picked up a 3/3.5 hour route that is completely flat and should be easier than what I usually take you guys to.
Ramblers competition named it as the favourite walking path (out of 600+) in 2024.

There are always people swimming there on warm days but we have to follow the signs on the day.
Meeting point, Thursley Common National Nature Reserve car park at GU8 6LW @ 10:30 on Sunday the 26th of July.
Everyone welcome, no need to register with me.
Those coming from London, easy route is via Guildford station.
I'm sure some of us drivers won't mind giving ride to anyone who needs it.
There are some nice tea rooms, pubs in that area for brunch but we can decide that on the day.
