Join us for a special Thursday Night Series event at the World Heritage Center on Thursday, May 28, as we delve into local urban legend with award-winning poet and scholar Carmen Tafolla, Ph.D.
Afterwards, she will be joined by Thelma Ortiz and Muraida to discuss the urban legend and their upcoming book, The Donkey Lady: A Graphic Parable.
Don't miss the chance to see some of Thelma Muraida’s stunning illustrations from the book, on display at the World Heritage Center from May 5 to June 2.
