Beginning Thursday 30 April, this morning class offers an opportunity to explore movement in response to music—sometimes quietly, sometimes playfully, and at times with a touch of humour.
We’ll move through simple structures that support ease, awareness, and a sense of curiosity in the body.
No experience needed.
