This is a space for women who are feeling the need to slow down,to reconnect, to be held in something gentle and meaningful.
Together we will move through:
• A share circle
• Guided meditation
• Drumming
• Cacao ceremony
• A simple but powerful ritual
This time of year invites us inward, to reflect on what has been,
and to gently honour what we’re ready to release.
