We meet at 6 PM every Thursday at Newtown Middle School (116 Richboro Newtown Rd, Newtown, PA 18940).The workouts follow this format: 1 mile easy warmup, about 3 miles of hill repeats (we go hard up the hills, then recover back down) in Tyler Park, and 1 more mile of easy cooldown.
If that sounds like a little too much, feel free to scale back on the repeats.
These runs are self-supported - bring your own headlamp and water.
