Ready to put your training to the test? Join us for a HYROX Simulation Event - a full-body challenge designed to mimic the official HYROX race format. You’ll run, row, push, pull, and lift your way through functional fitness stations, testing your endurance, power, and grit.
All levels are welcome - whether you’re training for a future HYROX or just want to experience the thrill of the competition-style workout in a supportive, high-energy environment.
What to Expect:

• Real HYROX-style format
• Scaled and RX divisions
• Heats will be assigned indivdually on February 26th. They will start every 15 minutes.
