THURSDAYS: In-person hatha yoga class 7-8pmThis is a weekly in-person Hatha yoga practice at the beautiful venue, St Judes Church Hall, freeschool lane, HX 1 2XE.
Expect an holistic Yoga practice for mind, body and soul. It's bathed in breath, and ends in a deep relaxation.
My style of teaching is very warm, welcoming and grounding, and I invite you to come as you are with no expectations and no 'shoulds', and let the yoga be openly received.
St Judes is a beautiful space with plenty of windows and light, a great floor, facilities you'd expect and free parking outside the hall and ample parking options on the roadside and surrounding moor.
These sessions are suitable for all abilities, mat or no mat, experience or no experience. Just book your space, take a deep breath in and out, and give some time to your precious self.
