Behl puri - a street food made from puffed rice with tamarind chutney and chat masala

Main

Paneer and aubergine korma

Dalcha - a lentil stew from Hyderarbad

Bagara rice - made with mint leaves and coriander

Desert

Beetroot halwa - an Indian pudding made from beetroots, milk and cardamom

Served with lassi and chai to finish
