MB Jazz Night: A Tribute to Joe Henderson- EFG London Jazz Festival 2024

The EFG London Jazz Festival is back and this year we have a stellar line up across two weeks!
Thursday night is jazz night at MB and this year we have a very special jazz night brought to you by Joe Elliott playing Joe Henderson's album 'Page One' in full.
Joe Elliott
Joe Elliott is a London-based saxophonist. He hosts the regular Jazz night at Morocco Bound bookshop, and regularly plays with some of the best musicians on the London jazz scene. He takes his inspiration from many different musicians including John Coltrane, Led Zeppelin and Keith Jarrett. He studied at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance and with Tomorrow’s Warriors.

Hamish Nockles Moore
Hamish Nockles Moore is a Double Bassist working out of South East London. He plays regularly with some of the biggest names in British Jazz, including Denys Baptiste, Steve Williamson and Levitation Orchestra. Hamish studied at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance and with Tomorrow’s Warriors. His influences range from Ray Brown to Roy Orbison.

Will Cleasby

Drummer Will Cleasby is known for his work with Kansas Smitty’s, Banger Factory and Jamie Cullum. One of the most gifted Jazz drummers on the London scene, Will is known for his fluent and hard swinging style. Based in South East London, Will studied at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance.

Dylan Jones

Dylan Jones is a trumpeter, composer and producer player based in South East London. Known for his rich sound and boundless creativity, Dylan has worked with a range of London-based artists such as Pyjaen and Ezra Collective. Dylan studied at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance and with Tomorrow’s Warriors.
