Throwing Workplace FITS: The Experience a live, intimate event designed to confront what many experience but struggle to name.

Through powerful monologues, reflection, and real conversation, this experience exposes patterns of workplace harm, gaslighting, isolation, overperformance, and emotional exhaustion and draws a powerful connection to domestic violence, where many of these same tactics are used.

A team of licensed therapists will help guide conversation, creating space for understanding, processing, and healing.

This is not about blame.
This is about awareness, accountability, and healing.

Because what we normalize in silence at work or in relationships, doesn't disappear.

It shows up in how we live, lead, and survive.
