Join me as we step into a deeply restorative and immersive experience designed to bring you back home to your body… your breath… and your inner knowing.

This 90-minute guided journey weaves together breathwork, sound, visualization, and Reiki energy healing to support release, relaxation and deep energetic nourishment.

We begin with a grounding breathwork practice guided by the steady rhythm of the drum—inviting you to drop out of the mind and into the body.

From there, you will be gently guided on an inner journey…

Here, you will be guided into a state of deep relaxation… floating… supported… held…

As you rest in this space, Reiki energy will be offered both collectively and individually, allowing your body and energy to receive exactly what it needs.

✨ You may experience:

• Deep relaxation and nervous system reset
• Emotional release or clarity
• A sense of lightness, openness, or grounding
• Connection to your inner self and intuitive guidance

We will gently return together, with time to integrate and ground before closing.

🌙 What to Bring:

• Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• Blanket and pillow for warmth and support
• Water
• Optional: eye mask, journal, or any personal sacred items
