Thriving Weld Quarterly Meeting - February 2025

Join us for the first Thriving Weld Quarterly Meeting of 2025 where we’ll present A Look at Weld County Through Data. This data presentation will cover a range of health-related topics including a general overview of health in Weld County, health care access, mental health, and health behaviors as well as data related to housing and education.

The population-level data comes from several sources including the 2022 Weld Community Health Survey. The meeting will end with a brief overview of the plans for the 2025 Weld Community Health Survey launch in April.

*February Quarterly Meeting is on Thursday instead of Wednesday.
