Thriving Together

Thriving Together is a space for both brand new and seasoned moms to gather for discussions around navigating nourishment, wellness, self-care and body kindness. Led by a Registered Dietitian and mom of two, at this this first event we will discuss nutrition needs for postpartum women and share practical and positive ways to nourish and care for your changing body. Bring yourself (and a friend!), your questions and your wisdom. Beverages and light snacks will be provided.

About your facilitator: Rebecca Cawood has been a Registered Dietitian for over a decade. Her work experience includes providing medical nutrition therapy in a variety of clinical inpatient and outpatient care settings. She is the owner of Rebecca Cawood Nutrition, LLC where she provides one on one nutrition counseling for individuals desiring to improve their relationship with food and body and families seeking to promote a positive eating environment in their home. Her practice is rooted in self-compassion and embodiment principles.
