About this Event
As more organizations move from brick-and-mortar offices to hybrid and fully remote workspaces, many employees are struggling to adapt. They are being asked to change how they approach their job responsibilities and to do more with less resources. Meanwhile, employers are searching for ways to support the efforts of their employees safely and productively as they continue to work. No matter which of these positions you are in, we can help. Throughout this course, you will learn a variety of best practices, tools, and techniques that will help you to manage stress, communicate effectively, and navigate the virtual environment with ease.
Overview
The work environment is growing and changing at a frantic pace. Employees are asked to do more with fewer resources and often need to completely change how to approach their job responsibilities. The pandemic added another layer of complexity to the workforce: where they do their work. Employers are having to answer difficult questions about how to support employees safely and productively in their efforts to continue to work. The virtual workspace has been instrumental in providing a solution for navigating through these challenges.
JHMA’s course, Thriving on a Virtual Team, will provide tools and insight for employees, enabling them to be productive in this new virtual world. Participants will explore new information and engage in activities that will aid in their navigation of the virtual workplace.
