Throughout Thrive with Five, medical professionals representing each of the five key categories will be available in designated areas to answer questions, discuss resources and treatment options, and connect with people living with Parkinson’s and their support partners.

These informal spaces are designed for approachable, one-on-one conversations throughout the day.

This is a FREE EVENT by PCLA in collaboration with Pacific Neuroscience Institute: Discover how to live a rich, inspiring, and fulfilling life with Parkinson’s by tapping into these five pillars:

• Nutrition
• Exercise
• Sleep Hygiene
• Mental Health & Socialization

We’ll explore each pillar in depth, leaving you empowered to incorporate this unified approach into your daily routine!

This exclusive event features five interactive wellness stations, a panel discussion with revered members of the PD medical community and people with Parkinson’s, and light bites and refreshments.
