The Thrive Together Expo is a premier community wellness and resource fair designed to support individuals and families impacted by cancer. This free event brings together local healthcare providers, wellness experts, and community organizations to offer valuable resources, education, and support.

Through lighthearted games and creative exercises, you'll build confidence, relieve stress, and enjoy the power of laughter in a supportive space. This session is led by Gilda's Club South Florida's facilitators Aniela and Robyn.

Guided breathing, mindful movement, and meditation will help reduce stress, improve well-being, and promote inner peace in a supportive environment. No experience is necessary—just bring an open heart and a willingness to unwind.
