Afterward, indulge in deep relaxation 🧘🏽‍♀️ and inner stillness.

This is a beautiful wide-open area of the beach, with very easy access, no crowded lounge chairs, and open to all. Judgment-free, non-competitive healing space with a beautiful community! Movements and teachings are guided but not required. The teachers will use a high-quality sound system for everyone to listen with ease.

🎒 BRING :
BYO Large sheet or blanket for wide coverage from sand to practice on.

Yoga mat is NOT needed unless you have one to place under a sheet to give more stability. Sunglasses, sunscreen, a bottle of water, and something to protect your items if we get a refreshing sprinkle of rain, or ocean mist. Wear swimsuits or fitness attire.

Shops & ATM on NE 9 Street - All major hotels begin south of Vistamar Street.

We are on the beach! We watch the by-the-hour forecast and radar for OUR location rather than the daily forecast. Conditions at our location can be very different than other side of town. For iffy weather around our location, we will make a special announcement on our alerts tab; on the website's home page. If the event is canceled, it will be announced at least 60 minutes before unless there is an unforeseen emergency.

Bring a towel or water-resistant cover. Sea mist or light rain can happen during the event and you may also want to dip your toes or take a dip in the ocean afterwards.
