Thrive through Menopause: Empowering Women's Health - Busselton

Join us at Shelter Brewery on October 16th, 2024, for a special fundraising event focused on women's health, menopause and perimenopause, specifically targeting professional women aged 40 and above.

Hosted by Dr. Amanda Sabel from Health by Nurture, the evening will feature insightful presentations by experts 4 keynote speakers on exercise in perimenopause, pelvic floor and continence, aging well in perimenopause, the safety, risks, and benefits of hormone replacement therapy (HRT).

This event is a fundraiser for Harbour Refuge and Support Services, with all proceeds directly supporting women and children affected by family and domestic violence. Attendees will enjoy a 4 course dinner (drinks excl), participate in a Q&A session with our esteemed speakers, and have the chance to win free gifts and exciting prizes.
