Class Dates: Tuesdays 1/13 1/20 & 1/27 2026 from 11am-2pm
Activity Description: Express your creative side with our multi-week Expanding the Basics Acrylic Painting Workshop. Students will receive step-by-step instruction in painting a serene lakeside scene using acrylic paint. This workshop takes place once every week for three weeks as the painting is detailed and requires more than one sitting to complete. Each session is approximately 3 hours long but may take longer if needed. This is a total of approximately 9 hours of instruction over the course of the workshop.

More Information: This is considered a level 2 beginner class. This level is perfect for beginner level painters wishing to advance and build upon what we teach in our beginner level paint classes. The student will learn the fundamentals of painting and color blending and the basic skills needed to create an amazing painting guided by an experienced artist.
This class expands on the fundamentals taught in our Back to the Basics Level 1 classes allowing the students to grow their talents and create a beautiful piece of art. We teach you to take an idea and make it your own by using your creativity.
