Join us for a weekend exploration of yogic philosophy, wellness theory, sacred ceremonies for rejuvenation, and thought provoking discussions.
This workshop is designed for anyone interested in:

- an immersive wellness experience
- yoga, meditation, sound baths, community circles
- a community centered on wellbeing and joy
We welcome all levels of experience and ability. The weekend will include inclusive movement practices, sound baths, guided meditation, journaling, lecture, and two meals (Friday night dinner, Saturday light lunch).
