Threads of Harar - 6 Week Mott Masfa Workshop

Join us for an awesome in-person experience into the world of Harar's traditional threads! This workshop is all about cultural preservation, learning Mott techniques, sharing stories, and connecting with fellow Harari's! Whether you're a beginner or a pro, come ready to explore, create, and have fun in a relaxed, friendly setting. culture!

The workshop runs over a 6-week period, with sessions held every Friday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 PM [Sept 18 - Oct 23]. Each session builds on the previous one, giving participants time to practice, develop their skills, and make steady progress on their project.

Each participant will work on a Mini Project throughout the 6-week program. You’ll be able to take your project home, continue working on it between sessions, and leave the workshop with a finished piece.
