This circle celebrates the unique and powerful bonds shared by women, fostering a sense of belonging, understanding, and community. Through intentional practices, storytelling, and heartfelt exchanges, participants will connect deeply with one another, honoring the wisdom and experiences each woman brings.

Opening Statement & Grounding Meditation

One Word Connection

Wisdom Across Generations - Each woman takes a turn sharing their story or insight based on a weekly topic or prompt.

Circle of Gratitude - Each woman expresses gratitude toward the woman sitting next to her, naming something they've appreciated about her energy, presence, or contribution to the circle.

Affirmation Ritual - Share a collective afformation to strengthen the threads which unite the group and create a ripple of connection far beyond the room.

Please Dress Comfortably, we will most likely be sitting on the floor. A few mediation cushions and backjacks and chairs are available if needed.

Please feel free to bring anything with you to help make you feel comfortable, such as a meditation cushion or backjack.

Please feel welcome to bring anything else with you to make you feel at home or set an intention, such as a journal, artifact, feather, crystal, stone, or essential oil.

Please plan to arrive with enough time before the start of the event to find parking, use the restroom, introduce yourself and make yourself feel comfortable in the space.

Tere is plenty of parking is available adjacent to the property, as well as around the court.

Please note, this gathering is located at a private residence, the individual unit number will be provided the day of the event.
