Free 12-Week Cricket & Wellbeing Programme
Join us for a free 12-week programme that combines the game of cricket with wellbeing support. These sessions are ideal for anyone who enjoys the sport but may not have played for a while, or even since their school days.
These sessions are held in honour of England cricketer Graham Thorpe, who sadly died by suicide in 2024. Supported by his family, this programme is designed to highlight the powerful connection between sport and mental health, creating a safe space to have conversations about aniexty, lonliness and depression.
By taking part, you can expect not only to improve your cricket skills, but also to notice a positive impact on your overall wellbeing.
Led by two semi-professional cricket coaches, each weekly session includes:
- 60 minutes of cricket
- Time for wellbeing conversations and group chats
- Free refreshments and an opportunity to connect with others
With only 20 spaces available, this programme is expected to fill quickly, be sure to book your place soon.
